ORGANIC TIBETAN FLOUR FORMULATION IN EBOLI

De Dustibus Italia produces quality raw materials for pizzerias and restaurants in Eboli and the surrounding area. We offer our special Tibetan flour, formulated by combining goji powder and Himalayan salt with a base of type 1 flour. Goji powder is made by processing the goji fruit.


After being harvested, the product is sun-dried so that it retains all its beneficial properties while maintaining a constant humidity. The process is designed to preserve the ingredient's organoleptic properties. After it has been dried, it is pulverised and stored in aluminium bags, which protect it from sunlight and changes in humidity.


Our Tibetan flour is also made with salt from mines in the foothills of the Himalayas. This product is pure, uncontaminated and free of toxins.
