This is also how De Dustibus Italia, a company specialising in the production and sale of organic products for pizzerias, was born.
Located in Eboli and active throughout the province of Salerno, our company has made itself known through two important labels: Moringa Pizza and Tibetan Pizza. The first was created in 2013, the second in 2017. Both projects have become increasingly popular among pizzerias in our area. OUR STORY
Located in Eboli, De Dustibus Italia decided to use moringa powder together with type 1 food flour, which is coarser than double zero flour but still provides excellent nutritional values.
This mix allowed us to create an excellent product rich in essential nutrients. Moringa powder alone contains 27 vitamins, 46 antioxidants, minerals and 9 essential amino acids. Tibetan pizza, produced in collaboration with Francesco Sorrentino, is a blend created by combining type 1 flour with goji berries. Not only is it healthy, it tastes good too!
